Brooklyn Delivery FAQ
**Please Note: Any customers placing a delivery order agree that they (or another adult 21 years or older) will be present with a valid, state-issued ID to accept the delivery at the provided address. **
For customers not present at the delivery address during the delivery window, Beleaf reserves the right to apply a $30 cancellation fee at its discretion. You will be refunded for your purchase, but you may be flagged for future deliveries.

b. Deliveries have a “lead time” of 1 hour. You must place your order at least 1 hour before your scheduled delivery window. Orders placed after 7:00 p.m. will be processed for the following day.
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot leave product for a delivery unless it is accepted by an adult who is 21 + and can present valid ID at the time of delivery.
For multiple security purposes, we are unable to go inside residential buildings. We understand that some may have circumstances that require assistance, please reach out to us, and we will work out how we can accommodate.
a. Recreational cannabis deliveries in NYS must be paid for in advance as per regulations and for the safety of our drivers. Delivery is prepaid using Aeropay.

Zone 1 (0 – 5 min ride) = $60 Minimum
Zone 2 (5 – 10 min ride) = $60 Delivery Minimum
Zone 3 (10 – 15 min ride) = $75 Delivery Minimum
Zone 4 (15 – 20+ min ride) = $100 Delivery Minimum
