Brooklyn Delivery FAQ
**Please Note: Any customers placing a delivery order agree that they (or another adult 21 years or older) will be present with a valid, state-issued ID to accept the delivery at the provided address. **
For customers not present at the delivery address during the delivery window, Beleaf reserves the right to apply a $30 cancellation fee at its discretion. You will be refunded for your purchase, but you may be flagged for future deliveries.
a. Currently, we deliver 7 days a week, between 12 – 8pm. You can choose a delivery time by leaving a note. Otherwise, sit back and your order will be to you in less than an hour.
b. Orders after 7:15pm will be delivered the following day.
There is a $3 Processing Fee for our software usage and a 3% Aeropay Fee on the total order. Then tax is added. We know, it’s a lot. You can avoid these fees by making a $100+ order, Free Delivery Fridays, and loyalty.
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot leave product for a delivery unless it is accepted by an adult who is 21 + and can present valid ID at the time of delivery.
a. Recreational cannabis deliveries in NYS must be paid for in advance as per regulations and for the safety of our drivers. Delivery is prepaid using Aeropay.
