Shopping, Hours, and Payment
Do I need a medical card to shop at Beleaf?
No. All three Beleaf locations are adult-use recreational dispensaries licensed by the New York Office of Cannabis Management. You need a valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older. No medical card, no prescription, and no prior cannabis experience required.
What do I need to bring to shop at Beleaf?
A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, military ID, or state ID) proving you are 21 or older. No other documentation is required. All purchases require ID verification by law.
What are Beleaf's hours of operation?
Brooklyn (1077 Atlantic Avenue): Mon–Sun: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Calverton (4462 Middle Country Road): Sun: 12–8 PM | Mon–Thu: 9 AM–8 PM | Fri–Sat: 9 AM–10 PM. Medford (262 Middle Island Road): Sun–Thu: 9 AM–8 PM | Fri–Sat: 9 AM–10 PM. Holiday hours may vary; call ahead.
What payment methods does Beleaf accept?
In-store: cash and debit accepted. Delivery: AeroPay only (no cash, no debit). Credit cards are not currently accepted at licensed cannabis dispensaries in New York due to federal banking restrictions. ATMs are available at or near each location.
Delivery
Does Beleaf deliver cannabis?
Yes. Brooklyn delivers by e-bike across 22 neighborhoods. Calverton delivers by vehicle across the East End. Medford delivers by unmarked vehicle across central Suffolk (Local, West, and East zones). Delivery times vary by zone and order volume. All deliveries require 21+ ID verification at the door.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free across every Beleaf zone — Brooklyn, Calverton, and Medford. Order minimums vary by zone. Brooklyn runs seven concentric zones radiating out from 1077 Atlantic Avenue: Safari Zone, Zone 1, and Zone 2 are $60 minimum; Zone 3 is $75; Zone 4 is $100; Zone 5 is $120; Zone 6 (deeper Queens / southern Brooklyn) is $200. Calverton South Fork carries a $200 minimum and the rest of Calverton has none. Medford south-shore villages and outer hamlets carry a $100 minimum and the inland central-Suffolk hamlets have none. Use the zone checker on the delivery page to look up your address.

Products, Lab Testing, and Consumption
Are all Beleaf products lab-tested?
Yes. Every product at all three Beleaf locations undergoes third-party testing by OCM-approved laboratories for potency (THC%, CBD%), terpenes, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbial contamination. Test results are available for every product. We do not sell untested products.
What is the difference between THC and CBD?
THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychoactive compound that produces the "high" associated with cannabis. CBD (cannabidiol) is non-intoxicating and is sought by consumers for wellness benefits. Products display both percentages. You can choose high-THC, high-CBD, or balanced formulations based on your preferences.
Which product should I choose as a first-time consumer?
Start with flower or pre-rolls at moderate potency (12-18% THC) for immediate dose control. Avoid edibles on your first purchase because onset is slow and over-consumption risk is higher. Ask a budtender for personalized guidance based on your preferences and goals.

Legal, CAURD, and Age Requirements
What is a CAURD license?
CAURD stands for Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary. It is a social equity license issued by the New York Office of Cannabis Management to applicants from communities disproportionately impacted by cannabis prohibition. Beleaf Calverton holds a CAURD license (OCM-CAURD-24-000216).
How old do I need to be to buy cannabis in New York?
You must be 21 years or older with valid government-issued photo ID. This is New York state law, not Beleaf policy. Possession limits in New York are 3 ounces for personal consumption. Beleaf enforces all age requirements strictly.
Is buying cannabis from a licensed dispensary legal?
Yes. New York legalized recreational cannabis through the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA). Adults 21+ may legally purchase cannabis from OCM-licensed dispensaries like Beleaf. Purchasing from a licensed dispensary does not create any criminal record.
Rewards, Online Ordering, and Visiting
How does the Beleaf Rewards program work?
Beleaf Rewards is powered by AlpineIQ. Join free at any location by providing your phone number and email. Earn 1 point per dollar spent (1 point = $0.01). Each Beleaf store runs its own AlpineIQ account, so points, tier, and redemptions stay with the location where you enrolled — if you shop multiple Beleafs, a budtender can enroll you at each in under a minute. Tier progression: Bronze (entry), Silver ($500 annual spend, 1.1x multiplier), Gold ($1,500 annual spend, 1.25x multiplier). Points never expire with active status.
Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Yes. Use our online menu to browse products, add items to cart, and select in-store pickup at your preferred location. Pickup orders are typically ready within 15-30 minutes of order confirmation. Available at all three Beleaf locations.
What should I expect on my first dispensary visit?
Age verification at the door (21+ with valid ID), a clean professional retail environment, trained budtenders ready to help with questions, product displays or digital menu access, and checkout in 5-15 minutes. First-time customers receive extra attention; our budtenders are trained to guide new consumers without judgment.
Is there parking at Beleaf locations?
Brooklyn: Street parking on Atlantic Avenue and side streets; bike racks available. Calverton: Free lot at Calverton Commons plaza. Medford: Free lot with direct storefront access. All three locations are wheelchair accessible.
