All Delivery Questions

How do I place a delivery order?

Visit the delivery page and choose your zone (Brooklyn, Calverton, or Medford). Enter your address at checkout to confirm coverage. Browse the menu, add items to your cart, upload a valid photo ID for age verification, confirm you meet the minimum order, select a payment method, and choose a delivery window. You will receive text updates once your driver is dispatched.

What are your delivery hours?

Delivery hours follow each store's schedule. Brooklyn delivers daily 10 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. Calverton delivers Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday 12 PM to 8 PM. Medford delivers Sunday through Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM and Friday through Saturday 9 AM to 10 PM.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

Minimums vary by zone. Brooklyn runs seven concentric zones from 1077 Atlantic Avenue: Safari Zone (Prospect Park / PLG / Flatbush edge), Zone 1 (Bed-Stuy / Crown Heights core), and Zone 2 (Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, parts of Downtown) all start at $60. Zone 3 (wider Brooklyn core including Park Slope and Williamsburg fringe) is $75. Zone 4 (most of North/Central Brooklyn including Greenpoint, DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, Bushwick) is $100. Zone 5 (most of Brooklyn plus Ridgewood / East NY border) is $120. Zone 6 (Southern Brooklyn plus deeper Queens) is $200. Calverton has no minimum on the hyper-local, Zone 1 proximity, North Fork, and Eastern North Fork (Greenport, Orient Point, Shelter Island) zones; the South Fork (Westhampton through Montauk) carries a $200 minimum. Medford has no minimum across the inland central-Suffolk hamlets; south-shore villages and outer hamlets carry a $100 minimum.

What payment methods do you accept?

Delivery orders are paid through AeroPay, the bank-linked digital payment used across the licensed cannabis industry. We do not accept cash, debit, or credit cards at the door. Tip digitally when you place the order or at handoff via the AeroPay prompt — tipping is optional and appreciated. We never store payment information on our servers.

What ID do I need to upload?

New York accepts several forms of photo ID: state IDs, driver licenses, passports, and military IDs. You must be 21 or older to purchase cannabis. Your ID is verified securely and encrypted. We protect your identity and never share this information with third parties.

Which delivery zone covers my address?

Visit the delivery page and enter your zip code. We will immediately tell you whether you are covered and which zone serves your area. Brooklyn covers 22 neighborhoods, Calverton covers the East End and both Forks, and Medford covers central Suffolk County (Local, West, and East rate zones).

How do I track my delivery?

Once you place an order, you will receive a text message with your driver estimated arrival time. As the driver approaches, you will get additional updates. You can reply to tracking texts with questions or requests like gate codes or access instructions. Our drivers check messages regularly.

What if I need to reschedule my delivery?

Contact us as soon as you know you need to move your delivery window. The earlier you notify us, the easier it is to reschedule. You can respond to your tracking text or call your local Brooklyn ((347) 745-2297), Calverton ((631) 405-5600), or Medford ((631) 846-1035) location directly. Most rescheduling requests can be accommodated on the same day if made early enough.

Can I order delivery to a hotel or Airbnb?

Yes. Note your accommodation type at checkout and specify where you would like us to meet you: main entrance, lobby, room number (if available), or another location. Our drivers are experienced with hotel and vacation rental deliveries and understand the unique access requirements of temporary stays. Include any gate codes or check-in procedures in your order notes.

What is child-resistant packaging?

All cannabis products ship in child-resistant, tamper-evident packaging that meets New York state requirements. This packaging cannot be opened by children but remains easy for adults to access. Never dispose of cannabis packaging in regular household trash. Check local regulations for proper disposal methods.

Can I return or exchange products?

If a product arrives damaged or is defective, contact us as soon as possible with photos and we will either replace it or issue a refund. New York state law does not allow returns or exchanges of unopened cannabis products for reasons other than damage or defect. Browse our menu carefully to confirm you want what you are buying.

What should I tip my driver?

Tipping is optional but appreciated. Standard tips are 15-20% of your order total, though any amount is welcome. Tips run through the AeroPay prompt when you place the order or at the driver handoff — drivers cannot accept cash tips at the door. Our drivers work in all weather and traffic conditions to deliver your order on time.

What is the limit for cannabis quantities per order?

New York law limits adults 21+ to possessing up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower (or 24 g concentrate) outside the home. Your delivery order cannot exceed this limit. If you need more than the per-order limit, split your order into multiple deliveries across different dates.

Are all your products available for delivery?

Yes. Every item on our menu is available through delivery, including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates, tinctures, topicals, and accessories. Check real-time inventory before ordering as popular items can sell out during peak hours.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Contact us immediately if you need to change your order. The sooner you notify us, the more likely we can modify it before dispatch. Text your tracking message or call your local store. Most modifications can be made within the first 30 minutes after order placement.

What if my driver cannot find my address?

Include detailed directions or access instructions in your order notes: gate codes, building number, unit number, or landmark descriptions. Once dispatched, your driver will text with any questions. Respond quickly to help them locate you.

Do you deliver during bad weather?

Yes, we deliver rain or shine. Winter snow, summer thunderstorms, or heavy wind will not stop our service. Your order will arrive as scheduled unless a natural disaster or emergency closes roads in your area. If severe weather impacts your zone, we will send text updates about any delays.

What New York cannabis laws apply to delivery?

New York allows adults 21 and older to possess up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower (or 24 g concentrate) outside the home under the MRTA. Our delivery service complies with all state regulations: 21+ age verification, child-resistant packaging, no public consumption, and proper product labeling. Cannabis cannot be transported across state lines. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery while under the influence of cannabis.

What brands do you stock?

We carry Camino, Dogwalkers, Heavy Hitters, Rythm, and Wyld across all product categories. Inventory rotates seasonally and bestsellers may sell out quickly. Browse the menu to see current stock and new arrivals.
